Joe is an experienced real estate agent with over 8 years of experience working not only as a sales agent but also as the owner of Palm Tree Realty. Before obtaining his real estate license he was developing commercial office space in the South Jersey Area with his wife, Lindsey, which led to Palm Tree Realty’s founding. With years of experience in commercial real estate Joe is able to offer clients a wealth of knowledge on marketing experience and appraisal and evaluating potential for maximum profit.

Joe has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and is a Licenced Professional Engineer in NJ as well. He is dedicated to helping clients with both their personal home purchase as well as investments in residential and commercial real estate.

In 2022 he decided to expand into the insurance business to offer his real estate clients the best options to protect their home, vehicles, and families.  This led to the creation of the Stuhltrager Agency.  He is fully licensed in NJ, PA, and MD.
